Membership Application
In accordance with the Article 8 of the bylaws of the Association, the membership dues are as follows:

| Full member (organization) | 30,000yen |
| Full member (individual) | 10,000yen |
| Supporting member (organization) | 5,000 yen per entry |
| Supporting member (individual) | 3,000 yen per entry |
